Blazing Saddles is an old movie, but still my favorite comedy of all time. Some people find the movie offensive, but just like South Park, it doesn't discriminate as it attacks everyone.

This is one of my favorite movies of all-time. The characters throughout the whole movie are great. I love mel brooks movies and this is one of his best by far.

I love Blazing Saddles, too. I find it interesting how they got away with certain things back then that would have caused waves today.
Another Mel Brooks favourite of mine is Young Frankenstein.

That's all the more reason to love the movie. I am a firm believer in first amendment rights.

Yes Mel Brooks did push the envelope, but maybe that is why he has had so much success and his movies are still popular among people.

it was great on teh big screen and when theyreleased teh un edited version it was even better on the little screen. Its still one of our favorites and we know all teh songs.. and sing them together as we drive down the road..........

Harvey Korman was great in his role in Blazing Saddles. It was sad to hear of his passing.
I don't recall him in any other movie roles - Can anybody else think of any?

He was also in Mel Brook's History of the World, and I am not sure about any other movies. Aside from that he wsa on the Carol Burnette show a lot.

I remember watching blazing saddles when I was probably 7 years old. I will never forget the baked beans part of the movie. I remember laughing so hard---and whenever I see that movie now--I still laugh like a little kid.
Harvey Coreman was in a lot of movies with Tim Conway but I can not think of any right off the top of my head. They were a great pair--very funny. For some reason one of the movies that keeps popping in my head is the Apple Dumpling Gang--but I am not sure about that.

I love Blazing Saddles--my sister says it is racist. I tried to explain that it is a satire (like most Mel Brooks movies) trying to force people to look at how stupid racism is. It is a very funny movie and it makes you think too.
