Does anybody else here like watching House?

I think that's my favourite series in a long time. Hugh Lauried is excellent in that character, and I want to check him out in other shows, too.

It's odd hearing him speak with a British accent if you became familiar with him as House.

I really enjoy House. I didn't see the first two seasons so I like to catch up on USA Network. I'm totally hooked, it's my favorite series to come around in the past few years.

The writing is terrific!

This show kind of reminds me of a modern day M*A*S*H, which I loved watching way back when.

This is a great show. How many other Dr's can be as ruthless and rude as he is and get away with it.

I recently found out my Doctor likes to watch House. He said "I would love to be able to act like that and get away with it, even if it were for just one day." He then said Dr. House would never last in the US because he'd either get stripped of his license, or have so many malpractice suits against him he wouldn't be able to get malpractice insurance and therefore couldn't practice. But I found it interesting that he envied that part of the character.

House is a brilliant show. Start with good writing and build from there and you can't go wrong. And Hugh Laurie is fantastic. He does a great American accent.
