What was your favorite Stephen King movie. Mine was misery with Kathy Bates, who plays a crazy obsessed fan. I hope I never inherit those types of fans.

Christine has always been one of my favourites as far as movie adaptations of his books go, but I also love The Green Mile. I'm looking forward to From a Buick 8, and also to Cell. The Mist was fine up to the last five minutes when they changed the ending from the story, which I thought completely unnecessary.

I really liked The Green Mile, The Shawshank Redemption and Dead Zone.
I think most of King's stories work best on film when they have a healthy part of the movie narrated by a good actor.
I also liked Stand By Me a lot.

Misery and Shawshank Redemption are my two favorites.
Anyone ever see Maximum Overdrive? I saw it as a preview in New York along with movie critics. It was horrible!!!!! I almost walked out.

It's so bad you have to love it. It totally cracks us up every time we watch it. I hate that creepy clown truck, but I love Yeardley Smith's "Curtis? Are you dead?" line.
