I enjoyed his recent performance in Sweeney Todd, but I admit to being a fan of his since Die Hard came out back when. He's so versatile and plays such a variety of characters and he's so good at what he does, how can you not like Alan Rickman? One of my favourite roles was in a movie I only ever got to see part of and I can never remember the name, but he played the ghost of a woman's fiancé and kept turning up in her apartment with other ghosts. I'd really like to see the whole thing one of these days.
