Which movie can you think of that has touched you most and makes you cry everytime you see it ? I will name some of mine, and bear in mind that they are in no particular order
- E.T.- Yes it is science fiction too, but it makes me cry everytime I watch it.
- Terms of Endearment - I can barely make it through the ending even to this day
- Titanic - No explanation needed ( Jack :().

I'm a guy, but I'm also terribly sentimental about some movies that ellicit tears from me, as well.
Here's my list, and, like Broadwayball's, it is in no way a "ranked" list.
Summer of '42 - It has its broadly funny moments, but the last 20 minutes always make me misty.
E.T.: The Extraterrestrial - Spielberg's sci-fi fantasy about a boy whose family is broken and the alien botanist who he befriends is definitely a three-hanky movie for this fella.
Charlotte's Web - I have only seen the 1973 animated version, but its bittersweet story about a wise spider's friendship with a runty little piglet is one that tugs at my heart strings.
Schindler's List - Spielberg's best movie ever - and that's saying a lot! Self-centered war profiteer goes to Poland to make a fortune out of the war, ends up saving 1100 of his Jewish workers from Hitler's extermination camps. Very hard to watch, but moving.

My list would have to include:
1. Love Story (1970). Corny as hell, but it's a sappy romance that I love to watch.
2. Beaches (1988)
3. Titanic (1997)
4. E.T. (1982)
5. Stand By Me (1985) It's a comedy drama, but knowing what happened to River Phoenix a few years later makes the ending a definite tear jerker
6. The Patriot (2000) I always get misty when Heath Ledger's young wife is trapped in that burning church, and now, watching his death scene in that movie is sad too
7. Casablanca
8. Old Yeller
9. Shane
10. Terms of Endearment

"La Bamba" comes to mind pretty quickly. I just about die every time I see the ending scene where his brother Bob screams his name. Also "My Girl" with Macauley Culkin and "Steel Magnolias" with Sally Field. One last one that I just saw recently was "North Country" with Charlize Theron. I had my tear flick fix for months after watching that one.

I will have to say Titanic. That was a hard enduring movie to watch. About real love and what you will do to try and get it. What a sad ending when you find it is the young girl, as a old lady telling her memories.

Well, as I read through the posts, I see pretty much all the movies I'd mention. The only one I didn't see was The Bridge to Terebithia.
